BNS FC - BruLeeds Mini Tournament

BNS FC played well in the BMT yesterday, although the team didn't make it to the final, it managed to make its way up to the semi-final. Alhamdulillah. We are really proud of the team, especially with our players' resiliency and patience throughout the tournament. There were some disappointments and sad moments yesterday, on some faces, but with BNS supporters - they never fail to express the true meaning of "support" - now, that's our game to play (:

BNS Conference - Leeds BMT

Assalamualaikum, and hello guys (:

There will be a BNS Conference this Thursday, those who will be travelling to Leeds to support or take part in the BruLeeds Mini Tournament on Saturday are most expected to come. But of course, those who won't be joining are more than welcomed to attend (:

Date: October 28th 2010, Thursday
Time: 20:00 hour
Location: 24 Brighton Grove, Fenham

The bus fare to Leeds would be £13.50 for each person, payments will be collected on the 28th of October, Thursday before (and maybe, during) and after the conference at the venue.

Anyone interested to join BNS FC ke Leeds nanti on the 30th of October, which falls on a Saturday - please do inform any one (or two) of us through Facebook or by any way you are comfortable with (:

BNS FC will be playing in the BruLeeds Mini Tournament and you guys are definitely more than welcomed to support our football team. We will be taking a 35-seater private bus to Leeds, insyAllah, and we are most likely to be leaving very early in the morning. Charges will be informed nanti, once we've received our final counts of supporters.

BNS Ice Breaking 2010

Although it was an undeniably cold day yesterday, the BNS Ice Breaking 2010 at Leazes Park went well. Alhamdulillah. Thank you to those who came, without you, the event won't be a success. I hope everybody had a good time. And definitely, a good hand shake with Newcastle's weather ;)

What do you feel about today's performance, compared sama the team's performance in previous tournaments?

Ani kami baru-baru jua balik (dari Brunei) kan, with 2 weeks of training, okay lah. Tapi we can still improve for our next tournament. InsyAllah. Aku happy with the performance today! Even though kalah and inda proceed to the next round, aku happy! Not only happy about the game, tapi happy pasal kami the only Asian team to participate in the tournament.

BNS Ice Breaking 2010

Assalamualaikum everyone! How's Newcastle treating you? Hopefully everyone has settled in smoothly (:

Event: BNS Ice Breaking 2010
Location: Leazes Park (if weather permits)
Date: October 9th 2010, Saturday
Time: 11:00 to 18:00 hour

If it rains, alternative location for this event will be at:
24 Brighton Grove, Fenham
NE4 5NS, Newcastle upon Tyne!

Everyone is expected to attend this event, especially the juniors. Here you will get the opportunity to mingle and get to know each other, both the juniors and the seniors.

Food and drinks will be provided and definitely potluck will be welcomed! God bless you. Hehe! There will be games for everyone to partake too. We will clean-up the place together, bergotong-royong, at the end of the day. It will be an enjoyable day, insyAllah (:

Annual BNS membership fee would be £5.00 per person for this year. So please bring along £5.00 with you nanti. Membership forms will be distributed to everyone at the start or during the event. Forms can be obtained from our treasurer, Munirah My (it could also be a challenge for some of you to look for this Munirah My person to get your form) and shall be returned to her along with your payment (:

Any last minute changes regarding this event will be informed via text message, Facebook or this blog. It would be really helpful if we have everyone's phone number. But insyAllah and hopefully, there won't be any last minute changes, any change pun would probably be related to rain -- hence location.
